Get moving and feel great in this beginners aerobics class! Learn a simple, fun routine that works for your full body. The class will finish with some bodyweight exercises to strengthen and tone. Come and get a sweat on! We burn around 500kcal per session! All fitness levels welcome.
Legs, Bums & Tums is a fun workout that aims to strengthen and shape your thighs, bum and stomach. It also includes exercises and stretches to aid and increase mobility and flexibility.
Hatha Flow is a combination of movement with breath. Poses change in a smooth and rhythmical manner. The focus is not about obtaining the perfect posture, but about how well the movement and breath are synchronised.
