Queens Park Arts Centre’s Annual Artisan Craft Fair is a hugely popular event attracting hundreds of visitors with 35 local artists’ and makers’ stalls. The day also includes live theatrical performances, musical entertainment, craft activities, artist demonstrations and an amazing cake sale!
This year, the Artisan Craft Fair returns on Saturday 7th November 2026, 10am – 4pm.
We are seeking local artists and makers who wish to exhibit their work at our thriving arts centre in the middle of Aylesbury. We attract a large local crowd (300+ every year) who are looking for a range of handmade items from small stocking fillers to more substantial artworks.
Applications are NOW OPEN and close at midnight on Monday 6 July.

£70 for two (limited availability)
There is no commission charge for sales made on the day.
We provide:
Tables and chairs
Wifi access for all stall holders
Access to power when arranged in advance
A hot drink for you and a helper on the day (retrieved via a token given to you on the day)
Toilet access including accessible toilets
Stall holders provide:
Own card payment machine if you wish to take card payments
Tablecloth, table dressing and table lighting if desired (must be PAT tested in advance if requiring mains power)
Packaging for any pieces sold on the day
Set-up can take place either on the afternoon of Friday 6 November 1pm – 3.30pm or the morning of Saturday 7 November 8.30am – 10am. Successful applicants will be allocated a table in advance of set-up and informed of their position on arrival. This layout is final and cannot be negotiated.
Tables are approximately 6ft by 2.5ft, exact sizes and heights vary. Limited power is available – please note that anything plugged in must be PAT tested. You are welcome to bring battery powered devices to avoid the need to plug in to our mains.

Please note that submission of this form does not guarantee you a space at our Artisan Craft Fair. Applicants will be contacted by the end of Tuesday 21 July to inform them of the result of their application and with further details on how to confirm their booking if successful.
Successful applicants will be the asked to pay the booking fee for their table by Sunday 30 August. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received by the Centre.
