ARTISAN CRAFT FAIR 2021

We’re delighted to announce that our ever-popular art & craft fair will be returning on Saturday 13 November 2021.

Forming part of our Artisan project, which aims to showcase the work of the region’s very best artists and makers, this year’s fair is the first to be curated by our Exhibitions and Events Co-ordinator Sophie Carr.

We’ll have some familiar faces returning with their latest work, alongside brand new exhibitors visiting the venue for the first time. You’ll also be able to meet some of QPAC’s talented tutors, who’ll be showcasing their work in our various studio spaces.

Work on display will include ceramics, woodwork, jewellery, textiles, fine art and drawing, handmade cards and more! It’s the perfect opportunity to pick up a beautiful bespoke Christmas gift – or even a festive treat-to-self. Our gallery shop will be open too, with even more items on sale from an eclectic group of artists.

In addition to a wide selection of art and craft to view and buy, we’ve also got a very special project running as part of this year’s Festival of Light celebrations.

We’ll be transforming our painting studio into a magical storytelling palace, where the Unbound Storytellers from our in-house production company will be telling the story of Diwali with live illustrations drawn on a giant floor canvas by our talented artists – and you can join in, too!

Entry to the fair costs £2 / £1 members and concessions. Under-16s get in for free. Our Coffee Bar will be open selling hot and cold refreshments, and there’ll be free parking available here at the Centre, and a nearby overflow site.
