We’ve another new free-to-view exhibition on display here at QPAC.
David Chasey will be exhibiting his artwork in our Coffee Bar and Foyer spaces until 8 June. See below for a special preview of the collection.

David Chasey was born in North London in 1944. Coming from a family steeped in the arts and music, he’s always had a keen eye for photography, and has been painting throughout his life.
Having painted in watercolour for most of his life, he suffered a major stroke in 1999, following which painting played a significant part in his recovery, despite having lost the use of his dominant arm.

David has produced a large body of work since then. Largely self taught, he attended art classes in the years after the stroke developing a range of styles and mediums including watercolour, acrylics, oil and pen and ink.
His subject matter reflects his love for transport, flowers and portraiture, particularly paying homage to composers, engineers and scientists.
